  For my Rational Argument it was hard for me to pick a topic. I narrowed it down to three different topics and decided on my topic after that. For me choosing a topic is not that bad because there are many topics to choose to argue about. But the thing that is hardest for me is finding reliable sources. For finding one I read through certain sections to make sure it is good enough for my point or if it counters it to make sure I have a thing to back it up. I am pretty positive my sources I have so far are pretty reliable and I am confident with them.       The other thing that I oddly struggle on is just trying to write small pieces of the paper at a time. I love to just write the whole paper whether it is a “Shitty First Draft” and it might not be an A paper. I like it because once I get on a roll with writing a paper I honestly dont wanna stop. Freewriting is a technique that we use at the beginning of the class for 5-10 minutes that lets us write whatever we want to without stopping. It lets you just write without even thinking and gets your brain strating. I think this technique is a very useful technique for college students, especially if we are the only person reading them. To me it's like journaling with no care in the world; you just write wherever the pencil takes you you go. It's such a unique topic since you can write about absolutely anything unless we get a topic we have to write about.  Looking back and my freewritings I have noticed a pattern. In most of my freewritings I just write out how I have been feeling through each week or day. It is kind of my mental reboot and reflection. I just write about things that have been stressing me out my week or my weekend, just overall my feelings. It is so nice to just get out some things that may be hard to put into words but you just write it out and it might not...

        In Card 101-1 this week, we concentrated on our documentary project. I really appreciate that we had peer evaluations so that we could see what other people thought of each other's films. Along with how I came to realize what I needed to add or how I might be of assistance to the other individual. I also appreciated the fact that we were given instances to consider and that we discussed one of them in class. I was able to reflect on mine and see what I needed to improve and include in my summary and analysis after doing so.      I also really liked how we changed our free writing for 10 minutes this week. I have had a lot on my mind and I wrote a lot of it out. I also liked what we did today. Where it was half reflection on what we need to fix in our documentary summary and analysis.   Doing my Rhetorical Analysis and Summary was a lot easier than expected. I feel that doing the summary was a lot harder than doing the analysis. The summary was hard to just focus on what the documentary was about rather than my opinion. But the things we went over in class, to where we focus on talking out how we felt about the film and giving our opinion. Doing that I feel was a lot easier since I got all my opinions out and I got to writing my summary and just thought about the film. Once I had the summary done we went to the analysis. Doing the analysis was much easier since I had the summary in front of me that I wrote and thought about where ethos, pathos, and logos all fell into place. How I wrote my analysis was I focused on a specific scene for the pathos of where I thought the most emotion was. Then I intertwined the ethos and logos with the overall film and how they used these analysis throughout the film. I really like how we could focus on one specific scene with one...
